Hi, I'm Ashley, a therapist dedicated to working with high-functioning adult women who are seeking a safe space to heal and be truly heard. I specialize in supporting women who often find themselves putting everyone else's needs before their own, leaving little room for their own care and well-being. Many of my clients are navigating the complexities of life while carrying the weight of past trauma, and my approach is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for them to unpack and heal.
